Synthetic oil

Good morning friends how many km can i get with the use of shell r6 synthetic oil 10w40 for a toyata hilux??? I know the normal oil is approximately 5000km your help will be highly appreciated Thanks in advance

IS this the turbo charged diesel engine or gasoline.? I normally change at a 5000km since this helps the turbo and other components to wear less. Also to note that the quality of the diesel over here is poor quality with high sulphur content which tends to contaminate the oil in the engine faster.
