Can anyone give a review on the 2014 Toyota Prado LX 2.7l VVTI?

i am also interested in hearing an owner's review of the vehicle especially in terms of maintenance -

Are the oil and air filters available locally?

Is this the same engine as the one that came in the 2008-10 gas Hilux and as such parts should be available locally or through Toyota?

What is the gas consumption and power delivery like for such a heavy vehicle with this 2.7 gas engine?

I have owned one (2007 model 120 series) for about 6 years with ZERO problems. Imported oil filters and air filters from the US, didn't bother checking Toyota locally. Very basic service needed, oil, filters, spark plugs etc)

Sold that and now own a 2014/ 2015 which has the same engine. Uses the same oil filter (cartridge type) which is a beyotch to change but after a few times it becomes easy. Fantastic engine, super quiet, good on fuel etc.
