hey gud day fellars..wanting to know what oil shud i use.today changed from 5w 30 valvoline syntec due to need my oil to be changed.my driving habits are from arima to sando at least 5 days for the week,,need sum expert advice from you folks..

note i changed to 10 w 30 castrol magnatec syntheic (green bottle one)

i use mobil1 10w-30 on my 141

Do not use Castrol it tends to sludge in these engines. I used Mobil 1 but switched to valvoline synthetic. It was cheaper (10w-30) Original Toyota tranny oil and Honda or Toyota coolant.
