Best engine oil for the 2004 altis 3zz-fe???

Hey peeps could you tell me what is the best possible oil that can be used for the 2004 altis 3zz-fe engine???....Thanks in advance!!

Valvoline or Mobil1 10w-30
OEM oil filter
Toyota Transmission oil
Denso IK16 SP plugs
K & N filter
Honda or Toyota coolant.

A couple of my friends and myself use 20w 50 Castrol and my car works well, I don't think a car of that age needs the manufacturer recommended 5w 30.

any 10w30. I use RP in my 1zzfe. 20w50 is horrid in a vvti engine.

^ Where do you get 10w 30 oil to buy? RP is expensive.

20w-50 too heavy for that engine (VVTI)
Valvoline cheaper - reason for my choice..

The 20w oil is to heavy for these engines. Always go with 10w. Personally I use Mobil 1 full synthec
