WTK: can L-Touring rear seats work in a DX wagon?

hey all, can anyone tell me if L touring rear seats will work in a DX wagon with some modification?

I go be honest....it could but its alot of work......because the dx have leaf springs in d back....the panels in the back is different.....most likely you would have to get d panels from the L-touring.....and that is if they will bolt up......
