WTK- parts place clutch release bearing any good?

So looking to do a manual swap this week and I want to know if the clutch release bearing that the parts place does be selling any good?
Looking to get one because the original one rolling a little rough. any suggestions on brands etc would be appreciated oh and it going on a 3sge celica.
