all MSD units used on toyota need to use either pn8913 or pn8912 for injector and spark synchronization

the stock ignition system is great on the stock motor.....unless you upgrading bigtime.

i know someone did it and it crack the pistons....maybe the injector needs upgrading or stay open longer
