looks like the next step for us altis owners...

so i finally bought my lexus last friday. i bought a 2nd hand RX300. So what do I have to do to join the Club?

I am currently doing some work on the vehicle such as:
1. Reverse sensors
2. Alarm system
3. New shocks
4. Paint
5. Rims and tyres
6. HID lights

I'll take a before and after shot so you all can see how it looked when I bought it to how it would look after I'm done with it. I'll keep you all informed.

Does anyone else in this club own any RX300? All I'm seeing are IS.

I'm lookin at a black sapphire pearl (original lexus colour) for the paint colour. And, I do not like chrome rims at all. I checked out a set of 20" ruff stainless steel/black combination. I have to get the correct offset of the rims, cuz I don't want them touching under the fenders and I don't want to use spacers.

gundelero haven't seen any LS, ES, LX or RX in the club as yet but they are welcome I'm sure so next meet bring your RX I plan to bring an LS by year end

can these car still be licensed? i heard Inshan made a comment over the 106.1Fm Panchait stating that some of the altezzas were illegally licensced.

Toyota stoped production of these cars in 2005, Trinidad law states you cant license a car older than four years (if i'm not mistaken), so by all means if an Altezza was manufactured in 2005 then it could have been licensed up till 2009.

The colour I'm going with is black sapphire pearl - original lexus/toyota colour.

Just a little heads up for altezza owners (in particular 4cyl.-sxe10)
over the last 2 years I have seen an above average number of
power steering pump failures.Your fluid needs to checked and if
you are high mileage an never did change,-DO SO!
The cost of a new pump will hurt and used serviceable units are
in short supply.Also if you are feeling something there is a rebuild kit.
The maintenance schedule provided by 'ELITE' says INSPECT every interval.

mine does, need some rims and a lil lowering (doh mind the front bumper hanging on one side and the front lip dig up)

i only like it cuz it comfortable to drive and it have a lil pep!
