AE 111 Idle / Vibration Woes

Tuners,

I've got an AE111 with stock 4A-FE. Car runs well, except for the fact that when idling, the engine vibrates alot. All the engine mounts were bad, so I changed all. 95% of the vibration is gone, but now at idle 800-1000rpm, there is a fast vibration that is felt through out the interior.
Initially thought it was the IAC, but that seems to work fine when I put the a/c on, but the fast vibration persists.

What I have noticed, is that when the engine is warm, the vibration gets worse, but especially when the fans come on. Remember idle isn't fluctuating, it has a constant idle between 800-1000rpm.

The car doesn't have any hesitation issues associated with dirty injectors either, as I pulled these and cleaned them out as well. What am I missing?

EGR? Thermostat? If I remove thermostat, it would keep the car in a cold loop and help with the vibration, but that isn't really solving the problem.

Help!

I find some of the new mounts are ah bit hard & stiff so you might still get vibration with new ones

I initially thought that as well, but sometimes the car idles without any vibration at all but once those fans
Switch on, the vibration is noticeable. Could this be a sign of a weak battery?,

Ditto on the new mounts...sometimes it feels a bit stiff, but it wears in soon enough.
Did you check for anything loose in the engine bay? Bolts, mounts, pulleys, everything torqued down properly? Good belts? Nothing touching or rattling anywhere? Exhaust hanger rubbers in good condition?

Do you get the same problem with the headlights on? Typically when there's load on the alternator, it makes it a tad harder to turn (owing to increased turning resistance from the rotor and stator magnetic fields) and sometimes causes belt slippage, maybe there's your problem.

Check over everything and then start up and try seeing if you can reproduce the vibration with the bonnet open and make a physical check on everything; what's not supposed to move, doesn't and what's supposed to move, moves properly (check for wobbling pulleys etc.)

All bolts, pulleys, mounts etc are properly tightened. The vibration is the same with the headlights on, doesn't get any better or worse.

What I am noticing is that its occurring more often when the engine is at operating temperature. So far my google reseatch is showing one or all of 5 issues it may be..

IAC, EGR, TB, PCV or vacuum issues.

PCV will be changed this weekend and TB will be cleaned as well. Where is the EGR on the 4afe?

Update. PCV was changed and TB and IAC was sprayed with a bit of gum solve. Idle has become more consistently smoothand vibration isn't totally gone.
I think the IAC may be at fault. Both will be properly cleaned this week. Hopefully this should solve the issue

RA40-GTE, I need to replace the mounts on my vehicle. Where did you get yours? Thanks Ansel.
