ae 92 dash board

Postby a.joe » April 16th, 2009, 9:12 pm

yea want to know what to use to protect dash board?
i was considering the silver vinyl visor that is stretch across the windscreen. but i think that it stains the windscreen class from the reflection of the uv rays. If it stains is there any thing to remove?

Also the plastic panel on the vechile is stained very bad , what can be used to remove the stain?

Armor all does usually do a fine job of preventing the dash from cracking and it supposedly has some UV protectant in it. You could treat the dash to a light film as often as u wash the car.

Prestone car wax and cleaner does take off stains and nasty marks from the paint and also on the interior hard surfaces. It cleaned off some horribly stubborn stains from the windshield for us aswell.
It will even take off the yellow color from the plastic car headlamps and make them look like new. Costs about $25 a tin in most any auto supplies store.

I use Turtle Wax F21 Protectant. No complaints so far.
