Older Supra question

The older boxier shape (not really boxy but harder edges) style mk2 and mk3 Supras, if one has a 2.4L twin turbo sticker on the side, which engine is that?? To my knowledge theres 3.0L (2jzgte and 7mgte) 2.5L (1jzgte), and 2.0L (1Ggte)
Would a 1JZgte carry a 2.4L label?

i know that they came with the 2.5turbo

I didnt even see it, a friend described the car to me and asked what I could find out about it, the 2.4L throws me off tho, I asked if he was SURE it was 2.4 instead of 2.5. I am willing to believe its the 1JZgte

Hello. That 2.4L Twin-Turbo Supra is a true JDM Supra. I have a JDM brochure on the MKIII so I will look-up the engine designation code & tell you.

There just isnt a 2.4L engine listed anywhere, so I suppose just the sticker saying 2.4, fuss time i see a sticker actually taking away horsepower how they could do that boy trac.

^^jed i dunno, first time i hearin o it also, must be ah drop shop sticka :roll:

is either it have de 7mgte(3lt), 1jzgte(2.5lt), 1ggte(2.0lt) or the new 2jzgte(3.0lt) i dont know of any Toyota straight 6 that came 2.4 for the supras, especially for that model you stated
