Toyota 'world's largest carmaker'

Japan's Toyota has overtaken US rival General Motors to become the world's biggest carmaker, a spokesman for the company has said.

i thought GM only sold in the US? How could they be the largest when toyota sells worldwide?

GM includes other brands... like opel, vauxhall...
