Guys, I just wanted to clarify something. I had a lengthy talk with the guys @ Full Traction Auto this morning. Owing to a lot of miscommunication as well as a lot of other things happening privately I got really frustrated with not getting back my car in a timely manner.

It turns out that there were some deeper-rooted issues to sort out and this was time-consuming. Needless to say that I am satisfied with the service thus far and would like to apologize for any previous remarks made here which may have cast any negative aspersions.

The guys there are really cool and take their time with all vehicles that come to them. Thanks guys!
