I got mines at Garvin's Performance Shop, for $800. The package details said it was for the Toyota NZE/Matrix. That is the black bushings

Link Tech, you have to take out your glove box and you'll see it.

I don't know about the ideal offset, but am running 16s with 7.5" width and +38 offset.
It handles good. No inner tire touching at full lock, but with the front tires, the outer sides protrude outside the front fenders by about 2mm. The outside of the back tires are almost flush with the back fenders. The sides get dirty quick when rain falls, but they give a mean appearance with wide tires that flush with the sides.

+40 on 7" width should be better

Using the site below and comparing my existing with your proposal, yours will have 4mm more inner clearance and the outer position will retract by 8 mm which is really good in my opinion (no protrusion outside the fender so anything pulled up by the tires will not mess up the sides).

Gas up and see if it works otherwise I would check the compressor.

At the others suggested above, it may be low refrigerant or the compressor is on its way out.

Try this for the refrigerant part: (Taken from corolla repair manual)

With all doors open, engine running at 1500 rpm, and fan on max position,
check for bubbles in the sight glass.

Diagnosis:
Bubbles present and not sufficient cooling inside - insufficient refrigerant

No bubbles present and not sufficient cooling inside - refrigerant empty or almost empty
No bubbles present and considerable cooling inside - correct or too much refirgerant (see below)
Immediately after AC is turned off, refregerant turns clear - too much refrigerant
Immediately after AC is turned off, refrigerant foams and then turns clear - correct amount

I wash the outside my condenser and radiator when I notice the AC isnt freezing on hot days, and this helps to make it cold again. Muck builds up over time and reduces the efficiency

Best thing is to check a good AC person and let them check it. They would know if its low refrigerant, or the compressor discharge pressure is low. If the refrigerant is good, it could be the condenser needs an external cleaning.

it looks great but a little too close to the fender edge with 225/45
but will live with it

on an unrelated note
do any of u have an nze and the door just swings open too freely on its own?
