You should see an a\c technician, some thing is wrong, once your a/c is on, both the radiator and a/c fans should be running.

Some radiator fan have 2 speeds
As jumbie said once your ac is running both fans should be on: that is your radiator fan and ac fan
if the ac is not on then the radiator fan will only come on when the temperature reaches athe set point.
if your fan has 2 speeds it is likely that it will run at the slower speed with the ac on and only speed up when the temperature of your engine reaches the set point.

You should check and see if your ac cab filters is dirty

don't knoow if you've solved your a/cproblem as yet. i had the same issue with my l-touring.the fan would come on with the a/c but only spin in low speed, causing the a/c to blow warm in traffic. i unplugged the fan speed sensor and the fan started spinning on high speed and the a/c was cold in traffic.try it or let your electrician test it. if you do need to replace your sensor, i have one - made in Italy
