what can be used also if i'm putting in a 4efte into a carb tercel what additional do i need to get

I believe the Starlet EP82 brakes setup can work on a conversion for a Tercel. Will check it out and post later.

Yep, seems that the Starlet setup is your only practical choice.

Check out www.tercelonline.com. They have a few posts about that same conversion that may give you some guidance.

Starlet rear end bolts up bolt 4 bolt. Front rotors are bigger and again bolt 4 bolt. Engine install bolt 4 bolt. Shocks and springs, Shifter and pedals,master cylinder, starlet fuel pump etc all fit bolt 4 bolt u jus gotta love TOYOTA they design it great d 1st time and jus build along d same platform.
