They really do sound good but unfortunately the 10s got spider sag so not able to give them full power. Very smooth bass still though.

That 8600 was the best head unit I ever owned. I rate it better than the 80prs just for the dolphin and car animation. 80prs was all functionality, no style

Yes it's a beautiful unit but the sad thing with all those color units from that time from pioneer, the displays get worst over time, mine has some lines on screen and hopefully they don't get worst. I personally like the 940mp better. 80prs is ugly imo, had one but sold it because I couldn't look at a work of art and not really appreciate it.

I got this one last year, still in the US with a kp 500 I got also. Didn't want to modernized the kp500 with Bluetooth, so just need a cassette adapter and will try it out when I get it . Never even knew they came with a remote.

The previous head unit that I used to own was the 9800BT. That head unit had a beautiful display. If I remember correctly, you could even upload your own pictures. The 80PRS was a bit of a let-down in the looks department after that. The display for my 80PRS is actually failing now, so pretty soon I might be in the market for another head unit (assuming that the faceplate isn't that easy or inexpensive to replace).

Sadly a new 80prs face plate is quite expensive.

Love that series of amps, they are considered old school here but lots of older rf series out there. Just missing the 800a2 to complete that series. Got a pair of chrome 1100a2s also.

Some power T series, sold the t10001bd,t20001bd and t30001bd but got back a t20001bd just this week. Smallest one is the very underrated T3002
