My vehicles charging systems were always periodically checked and never had an issue.
Heat is the enemy anything to reduce the amount of heat the battery is in contact with will help.hover11 wrote:Saw Steve's offering this , is this just a gimmick or worth it, I'm interested in getting the yellow top as well
How did you recharge it as I have one that was just sitting around for a while and found it to be dead. I hooked it up on a trickle charger and it's not charging. Any advice?rollingstock wrote:They work well. Used one for about 3 years with an inverter to power a fan for when electricity goes for the baby. I usually recharged it when it was severely discharged. Gave it away when I got the generator.
Sorry for the late response. My resting voltage is under 5v.rollingstock wrote:When you say dead, what is the resting voltage presently?
Severely discharged for me was 9-10v
