how to get steering wheel buttons to work on aftermarket deck?

Contemplating changing the headunit of the sportage but I want to keep all OEM steering buttons including cruise control, phone, reversing camera, USB, AUX input and mic working. The major caveat is that I don't want to cut the harness so it would be have to be some sort of aftermarket harness/adapter. What would work with a 2015 sportage?

The oem harness would remain intact, but you would have to change over the bluetooth mic and maybe the usb as well.(could have an added adapter for the oem usb)
Dont know about cruise control through the radio?

These work well. Sinple install and very stable after. Only thing is that they are pricey.
