It seem that I have no choice but to go with the Pioneer 8600, No one has the Premier, and from calling around. Simplicity has the best prices..

the main difference between the pioneer 8600 and the 860 mp is the voltage outs..

the 860 is 6.5 volts while the 8600 is 4 volts..

i am not 2 sure about the eq's

but i believe they are the same..
