just completed a similar project.

A Single DIN HU can be installed without any dash mods.
A good small footprint 5 channel amp can fit below the passenger seat, very unobtrusive. JL XD700/5 or the Alpine PDX-5 is perfectly size for this.
Front and Rear doors have 6.5" speakers, I used the Skar audio that fit neatly and reused the plastic snap on speaker housing found on the OEM Speaker. OEM fit, no drilling/screwing on the door except for mounting the passive crossover.

The sub is a bit of a challenge is you're looking at space. If you have the drop down rear glass, forget about it. If you dont, and want some nice bass, a pair of 10's in sealed enclosure can fit behind the seat. Maybe a single 12/13.

Due to the narrow space, you'll need to use shallow mount sub. These are the ones I considered that could fit with tiny sealed enclosures.
Skar Audio Shallow
Loudforce Shallow
JL Audio Tw3 or Tw5
RF Punch Shallow
Alpine Shallow

Safraz in Valsayn did my project, and he can handle everything from installation to enclosure construction; he has various options for sportero sub enclosures.

You aren't just limited to shallow mount subs. Look at small drivers (6" or 8"). You'll just need to use multiple small drivers to achieve the same, if not better response.

The owner wanted the bass output to be as loud as possible, and these were the only other spaces that allowed the other pair of 8's.

On the other hand, most people will find that the under seat subs are more than enough for daily playing.

^^ I'd add the loudforce 5channel to that list.

Easily fits under the seat and impressive to me so far

Installed one, buddy from up north. Wanna give the sub some time before I comment but I'm already considering the 15" 85 series

Zero space behind the seat. I suspect you might be able to run a pair of 6 or 8's in a pair of sealed boxes, one under each front seat.

Shallow mounts sound like crap compared to normal subs.. I using a 8" in ported box, there r lots of good sounding 8s now with small boss requirements
