Two Door Civic Install (UPDATED 9/17/12)

Postby Loudsound Customs » August 30th, 2012, 12:27 am

This car is a close friend car so we have been doing it as we both get time and equipment bought bit by bit.The car is not being built to compete in anything specific but to please the owner.

Equipment consist of
Deck >>>coming soon
Processor>>> Rockford 3sixty.2
Mids/Highs amps>>>Two Q4.150 Mb Quart Q series
Mids/ Highs Speakers>>>Eight 6" Tempo Morel and Eight Re 6x9
Bass amp>>> one Re Audio XTX5000.1
Bass Speakers>>> Two 10" Dc audio lvl2 M2
All wires/rcas/fuse blocks etc >>> Shok Industries
Batts>> XS Power D680 up front and XP3000 at back
Sound Deadner >>> Second skin Damplifier and Second Skin Spectrum

ok lets see some pics :D
both door were sprayed with spectrum on the inside with 2 coats and 1 layer of damplifier on the outer of the door.

work is top notch as usual.

I just don't "get" what the owner is trying to accomplish

I feel the owner is one of the few looking for a crossbreed.

Its not SQ for sure but more along the lines of gallery using car speakers. Seems he / she wants quite a punch in the midbass regions and clean crisp sound.

Owner is not a fan of pro mids in car audio, he also love the sound of car audio speakers compared to pro mids. His box will b tuned to 30 or 33 hz to produce the low freqencies he love. i myself love low freq :D nothing sounds better lol
i will c if i can post pics of the box today
