Buy a new deck, impossible to change the language as the system was designed for consumers in Asia.

Look up the model of the deck in your car and then search on the internet for a manual. This has worked for me in the past. No guarantee it will work for your. The deck could just simply be made in one language and intended for a particular continent. as DE AUDIO said.

There is an ad on trinicarsforsale.com for someone who translates the writings on the deck. She just give you the translation. Up to you to remember it
