personally i find some of the criteria bogus

Ease of install? Flexibility (if it comes in different sizes?, different impedances?) really?

how much different sizes the RFT215 come in?

personally if they wanted to do this they should have compared similar sizes within similar power ranges. this is not really scientific

for instance, both the RFT215 and the Alpine Type X got 5 for output, what does that say?

please correct me if i'm wrong

They compared everything from a 6" to a 15". :lol:

And the only thing CA&E known for is saying that the 10W6 is the best sub they ever heard.

i agree with d fact they comparing different sizes & rated wattages of subs , d playing field not level so i not impressed ...

i also have the mag with this

in the top part of the article they mentioned their criteria, so it is not an end all test, it is always good to hear the opinion of several top persons with vast experience.

It is one thing if the reviews were done by random internet names, but nothing is wrong with hearing from bing and nathan budinio.
