i would have to disagree with snyper...

i believe the w6v2 is suitable for you

i used a 12" w6v2 d4 for a while..

had it runnin off 750 rms..it took the power easily..

due to the lack of cabin gain in the hilux 1 10" may not be enough for you while keeping it a sound q vehicle

at best i am willing to bet around 125-128 dB when tuned for sound q
doubling the cone area should yield 130-131

unless you plan on going ported but you may lose out on some low bass defination

i suspect the track that snyper is reffering to is power of goodbye

listen to the different bass tones
you should be able to decifer clearly rather than muddled
if the sub is too boomy then it will be muddled
and if does not go low enough the lowest bass note will be drastically lower than the rest

another sub u could consider is an eclipse alum 10"

i dunno where u gettin one from though..

Considering the space u have the W6 would have been my pick. I am still amazed by their performance in small sealed enclosures especially their low bass extension and well i find the price is decent

Elemental Designs offers some really nice woofers that have a emphasis on sound quality and also designed for use in small boxes. Should be something to consider as its not as pricey and the performance is rather impressive.

If not go with the RE SX.
