you might hit like 6dbs more on the Streetwise Meter also. Not calibrated.

yup but anyways ppl, on doin my home work with this install i learnt alot of thing about spl, box design and placement is very critical.....not even so much as power...because you can jam alot of power on a sub and stil not even make close to a score of a proper install..............................

^ well said.. but when you do get the right setup, some decent power does come in real handy..

i've seen a guy using the same 2 10"s hit 154.6dBs with only 4700W.. but his install would have fell in the advanced class from what i see.. i guess you'll know who it is.. :wink:

presently install is being touched up,
i still havent gotten my hands on a real meter yet, anyone with one, who is willing to find out how much it does let me know 8-)

i see the current winner of this class In Trinidad made a 137.8 so hopefully il set my goal there as the vehicle is kinda big

these days sq car sold and i idle so some time went into this...i must admit kinda fun..
i like that the rules are very clear cut, a whole lot less gray area

nope jeff

stock 1 is way over 145db's

that score won because it was the only vehicle in that class.

seems like your place is determined by who is present at these shows nowadays for SPL testing

remember rules change for 2009, stock 1 class is only 1 - 160sq.in as compared to 1 - 260sq.in from last year rules..
