A lotta nice options there Ex, anyone with any experience with any/all of them. Since JL seems to be the clear choice thus far for my application, how do these stack up in terms of quality and efficieny given my space constraints

The exile subs are real nice. Ravestarfx has them.

Jl10w6's are also a great choice. Sound and security has them.

T3 audio has a sub thats comparable to the JL 10w6. Its called the TS, and will work well in .5 cuft. Ravestarfx has them.

Exile and T3 u say.....i will investigate. Are the prices on these subs as "aggressive" as the JL's??

The TS look fantastic..but where are the T/S parameters (HA!) for them? Cant find them on the site...

What are the prices of these off hand, I heard the jbl gto 10 and those sound nice and low, I know that the jbl goes for ~$650. what prices do the above go for, and which ones can give the jbl competition.

i want my bassline to be a lil different from JOE own

well for my install i prepared to use my ENTIRE trunk not too sure how much cubic is

that but the car is a ck2 lancer.

what ever subs i goin with i want a ported box. i wanted to go with 4 10" but i doubt

they can be installed in a ported enclosure so i will settle for 2 12" or 1 15"

my main interest is loudness, lows then quality

would you all suggest the same brands ? or would my needs be satisfied by

completely different brands ???

ALYUH TALK TO ME

improper porting an clipped signals ..result in a crappy bassline ..the diff between that and a clean one is night and day sometimes u cud see d sub movin weird with it too ...elemental designs site have a nice video showing this ...look for the bass boost video

trouble with dem newer cars these days is d entrance of d trunk to fit boxes ...i sure ur coz told u how i had to trim his box 3 times to get d max amt to fit through d trunk opening

putting bigger or more subs in undersized box\s makes no sense - i think 2 12s will safely fit in that car trunk comfortable without too much fuss ...

i want to build the box inside the trunk of the car itself how i want the box is when i fold

the seat down you see the subs and the face of the box i aint want no air being pushed

back into the trunk itself all the air should be pushed into the cabin of the car.

so with that said rovin you think i could fit more that 2 12" comfortable or is that the

limit.

i really wont advise any1 to make a box inside a trunk unless u enjoy destroying it in case u ever want to get it out for some reason eg changing d rear shocks & u need to access d nuts or something else

i still feel 2 powerful 12s should feed ur bass hunger

but i understand what u trying to say - there is always a way so if u want to give me d job , pass & we will talk .....
