I did this on a 2012 roro tiida, not sure if same deck as 2010.
Only 20% of stuff switched to English, the rest remained in Japanese
I downloaded google translate on my android phone and set it to Japanese to English, then basically scanned all the screen on deck with my phone. Took some time to figure where the language option was
If its the stock double din with navigation, you can partially change it to English.
Meaning some menus change to English and some don't. all the notifications are in Japanese still.
So the mp3 player...the top menu says music in English and all the other buttons (shuffle, play pause, random etc are in Japanese.
The voice notifications mostly in Japanese as well, sometime i hear it say English words or could be my imagination.
