Help Removing Sylphy Center Console

been stuck at the gear shifter, anyone has any experience removing the center console for bluebird sylphy??

advice would be much appreciated

the trim panel around gear shifter detaches and comes up only about 1cm.

i got thru. the leather part at the bottom of the shifter slides down at the shaft to reveal the clip.
