*WTK Power Acoustik Demon Amps*

Hey tuners As the Topic States i would like to know your views about these Power Acoustik Amps.I was Shocked when i saw the Prices of these amps since they were so Cheap!.

You get what you pay for with the Power Acoustik...

for a good "bang for buck" amp check out the Orion Cobalt series at Sound and Security in Valpark.

^PA demon plays very decent for an economy amp from my personal experiences. Amp was used to power 1 pioneer premier 10'' woofer and 2 eminence 8'' and performed very decent for the price which was paid for the amp.....

^^ currently have a similar setup but with the 1600watts gothic series amp and it plays good. the only problem i have with the demon's is the size, they are huge.

is it the 4 channel amps or the mono? if its the 4 channel you will power 2. never used the mono.

please state which amp you're referring to..

the only PA mono I know that could play what you want is the 3000DB

you might land a used one for approx $2k on the forum here.
why not fish out a tad bit more and get a powerbass asa1500.1d?

what he said^ and the used PAs it have around,most have been repaired,poor condition etc etc...very few may be in good condition..you should be able to get a better mono for around $2500 or so...

Have some experience with the Demon series. IMO, use only if funds limited and/or for just a simple system.

pa demon 2400 is de exact same amp as the boss chaos 2000w i think it was called the ch1000 or c1000,,
.. so ....that should give u an idea.

IMHO the 2400 demon plays really decent, I pcked up on for 800 (used) and it was well worth the price. It can be used to power 2 10'' pios but you would require a high line drive to do so.....just my 2c.....

but wrt to buying it new brand, just save a lil more and you can picked a very decent used mono on the audio classifieds....

it's made up similar to the boss amp...I opened both to see how they were and they were identical..but yes the PA will play better than the boss.
