amplifer help please!!!

so this is the problem i haVE , its a sound stream lw4 620. one of the channel plays very distorted but here is the part i cant understand so say if u leave the amp over night and in the morning play with lpf,hpf etc switch it will play normal but after you enjoyed your music and swiched it off there the problem is for the rest of the day. waht can cause this the transistore , ic a resistor and also if i play the distorted channel to loud it goes into protect. plz help cause its getting raelly fustrating now.

Most likely a cold-solder joint is causing that problem. And most likely it's one of the output transistors that's affected. If you or one of your friends is good with a soldering iron, you can probably cure it by disconnecting the amp, opening it to expose the circuit board, and checking each joint.

thanks but u wouldnt believe that was the exact problem, one of the resistors caused this and i change ics like a a**

Get rid of de amp. That amp is trouble, the amp man by me said don't run that amp bridged, keep it as cool as possible. The ics are problems then the transistors always blow, the amp man from by me called it a defective model.

my amp went into protect everything was working before... i carried it to fix payed $360. and now one channel aint working it cutting off as u turn the volume half off how it was before, one sound and it over heating.... what you think i should do? or what is my problem
