well what i really want to achive is there true power of them, which one is better then d other in terms of power handing which has true wrms rating as stated.my budget is $2000 to $2800,just want to know which better thats all to a good 2-12 or 1-15 .any adice wud be great ..

You can look into the used market as well...there are better used amps available at those prices.

audiopipe man i own the 15001d and those thing does rated and also i know they are cea compliant not sure about soundstream but google it.
