But when tuning ......be sure to tune the box 3Hz lower than what u want cuz its ah little off

The Re calculator is off it doesn't factor in speaker displacement so tune slightly lower to compensate

you can use this spreadsheet based off this formula



Where Av is the cross-sectional area of the port (in square inches),

Lv is the length of the port (in inches) and

Vb is the enlcosure's net volume (in cubic inches).

Whatever box program or equation you use, remember to CONFIRM that you've actually hit Fb by doing an impedance check afterwards. Impedance should be at a minimum at Fb.
