Pioneer TS-W308D2 question

Hey Tuners I was thinking about buying a pair of Pioneer TS-W308D2's...Im new to the car audio world and i would like to know how the Subs Perform from any1 who used or heard them play before.

those subs play well for what they're worth.but it would depend on the power you are using and your enclosure.what amp you plan on using? are you also working with a specified budget? willing to spend a little extra,because the subwoofer market is huge..

the powerbass asa 1000 is a nice amp..not current hungry and does the rated power..

Since it's a pair you're planning to use, get D4 models instead. Your amplifier options would be more extensive

OP what exactly is your budget?? looking for new or used? my options would be:

the powerbass what mongo stated
orion hcca 2400d (sweet amp)
soundstream rubicon 1000d,those stealth amps work ok enough
rockford 1000bd

anything along those lines..stay away from boss,pa etc etc,unless you have no choice I may use the power acoustic 1800d.just saying.

Well I have a Deck and Crossover already....basically its a Pretty small system,I guess The 9k is for Buyin the two Subs ah Amp 2 Push it and well Some Small Mids and ah amp for That

should be enough,2 subs cost about $1100,one of those amps to play them are around $2000 (used).what mid range you looking at.let me guess 2 8'' and 2 bullets with 2 6'' on the front doors,with 1 good 4 ch amp playing them?
