got it today, it very weird; d port have a separate chamber an d port it self is like .75" so no way dat cud be tuned to 25, das prolly d freq response of d sub me thinkz

if it is ported, get some test tones between 20 - 45Hz (in 2Hz increments) and play them through the enclosure at medium volumes..

below the port tuning - the sub will have huge uncontrolled excursion

at the port tuning - the sub's excursion will be next to nothing

above the port tuning - the excursion will be normal / controlled

basically, you just playing tones until the sub seems to stop moving.. the frequency that does that is the port tuning..

NAH! something wrong dey! 54Hz tuning is strictly for SPL type use.. lol

look around the 30 - 40Hz region again.. if you not finding it, maybe it is really a sealed box with a fake port!?

try playing songs like those from jezzy & 3 6 mafia & tell us if u hear some of d lower notes properly jes to get a idea ...

the sub in the bigger box tuned to around 32hz and d smaller box is around 45hz...
