the next 2 wednesdays will be on the 20th & 27th.. if we meeting on a wednesday, it will have to be one of those 2 days..

it is impossible for me to go into peak hour traffic to reach anywhere in central for those times

I don't think a weekend would be that good, cuz most ppl have things for weekends that we can't get out of.. unless its like a sunday evening which i think everyone would be free...

So who is working on the agenda?

Part of the club's activities, are people doing, and not saying they are going to do.

The club needs volunteers, and people who are dependable, and will take responsibilities.

Let's see how many we really loose now.

I'll be willing to help out.

Just let me know. i'm not too acquainted with how the Club used to work before.

back to why the ice club dissapeared



everyone has problems wiht the times

and no one will make sacrficies

wil discuss with nigell off the forum and take into consideration peoples suggestions on times


personally i would prefer a saturday or sunday morning rather than a night program as everyone will be more alert and more productive discussions will be fostered

and as its only once a month i am sure people can make that sacrifice

It's what i take to go home everyday. Once I leave @ 4, I can reach central @ 6pm.
If you or anyone's close to saddle road and don't know the way, you guys can follow me on the day of the meeting.

If the time is a problem, can anyone suggest a location if the meeting is to take place saturday or sunday?
Somewhere that's safe, comfortable, has parking and preferably free or low cost?

While weekends might be better suited for discussion, venues are always in full swing, meaning that parking becomes an issue.

It will be during the week, with the plan B, being someone else finds a venue that is:

1. free
2. has meeting facilities
3. secured parking

In order of importance.

You can please some people some time, but you can't please all the people all the time. If you are interested in SQ, and in meaningful participation in the ICE club, you'll fall in wherever, and whenever.

Previously, the Ice club met on either the first or second Wednesday or Tuesday of every month. Its going to happen the same way, no one one has an excuse, "nobody told me about the meeting".
