Morning
i have a brutus 2000d for bass an rite now a boss 1600 for mids.
Currently i'm using a normal 825 amps batt. with a 1.2 farad cap. for both amps.

wat i will like to know;is if i can use 2 cap. an one dry cell...with more cranking amps. i dont wanna put 2 batt. in my car

advise me...plz

yea you could,
just connect the caps in parallel.

i do recommend adding the other battery tho. It will make your current supply more stable...but daz just my opinion on it

kevin really told me ur car blinking alot

ur trunk have d space but if u really dont want a 2nd batt (though id strongly sugg getting a 2nd) d best i cud advise is buy d biggest drycell which can fit in d batt stand & keep d vol level controlled ...

well u have to measure d batt stand 1st then go online & see what batt has d dimensions to work in that space ...

well i eh hear it in ur car as yet but when i built that box & was testing it in my wagon like i couldnt stand that pounding for too long nah ...it hitting too damn hard ... :P

big 3
upgrade your alternator charge wire - from alternator charging post to pattery +ve terminal

upgrade your chassis ground wire - from battery -ve terminal to chassis ground

upgrade your engine ground wire - from battery -ve terminal to engine block ground

most of these wires are 12/8 awg stock, upgrade them to 4/2 awg for better current transfer/quicker charging etc.

padna i have 2 lanzar2000d / 1 lanzar 500.2 /1 lanzar 150.2 plus my processors and i just have 1 xs power 3100 battery alone in front and it works good

nah you hadda use high current power cable.

4gauge works fine.

yep redeyes24 has Stinger Pro power cables.....very good, same thing i used in my car :wink:

from my knowledge using kenitik for music is not worth the trouble .. if u using it for spl the fast discharge is worth the money as we have seen it win many world records but for everyday music i believe an optima serves alot better in terms of being able to charge and discharge fast as well as deep cycle capabilities.. a kenitik if allowed to discharge under 10v will eventually develop a memory

so a Kinetik 2400 would suit me nicely then... i considering getting one...

from my experience i Would go with an Optima G31 over a HC2400. :skurred:
