"bling" car audio in a 2door car?

just wanted to know how the mids would throw outa the car? would it throw as far as in a 4door? how would this be done? what about the bass?

u mean a hatchback car right - cabin gain would be really nice in it .....could probably face d box backwards & rest ur big mids\drivers on it facing towards d windows .....

hmmmm but will it be much of a loss in mids? nice lil system to blow way them 2 12" pioneer with 4 8" eminence men. :lol:

stoopid question... altho no questions are really stoopid...

doors open or closed?

-if open... a 2-door can hold REAL plenty speakers and thus, your mids can be louder than a four door... since u wont have de back door blocking it

-if closed.. try mounting 3" mids on the a-pillar to raise the mids outta de car. and tweeters of course. (tho i doh really like tweeters there.. but apparently plenty ppl get good result in that way.)

but de other day i see a man driving up the southern main road with two boxes ties to the top of his hood.

i was hoping it f-cking rain!

all u really need to study is what can fit... there's no particular disadvantage to having two less doors. but as rovin said, if it's a hatchback and the trunk section is not covered... you will get some devious bass!
