the annual scrutineering is something that has been talked out a while now... and gives competitors a good chance to get whatever needs to be fixed/ neatened/ installed before actual competition...

Mini, so what you saying is; "TTRC will be noting the short comings of the various contenders for the 2008 season and having them fix/ammend it before ths first event or the will be excluded" ?
