nah
according to the rules only one class bump based on mods
but that has to be decided by the commitee

your car cannot be considered stock with no interior in it

technically thats cheating against cars in the same class with full interior

can the car be considered a street car with no interior

ie how much different it is from a stock vehicle

regulations state for suspension upgrade etc car has to be bumped

but i am not sure what it states for a fully stripped down vehicle where it should be

lets get serious here

no ac
no power steering
no interior

falls under weight reduction
but how far can you go with it?? i dont think the rules state that

so say if i bring the anp hatch with the single cam engine thats been stripped down
will that be a fair competitor in the esp class??

not pointing anything at you eh mike
just looking at the fairness of the rules and where the limitations are with what criteria's are looked at

well the car is classed based on 1/4 mile and/or p/w ratio.

by power i think they meant flywheel hp... which is impossible to determine unless u have an engine dyno.

so 1/4. if the ANP hatch runs less than 15.5, then its ESP

the Vi runs low 16's- high 15's

SR... dat prolly happen because when I got there, I had told them to put me in SS...thought it was unfair to run my car against NE cars on a circuit track.

SR, silvermike's car would be an ES car stock. With his weight reduction and other mods he has taken his bump up to ESP. It only needs to be bumped again if his P:W ratio drops enough to be SS.
