Interesting read... I went thru the tuner Jam section

3 questions

Who determines the classes of rookie, street and ultimate?

When do the persons who registered in 2015 get their credentials?

Where do we get the IASCA logo decals?

Tuner jam classes are determined based on the build of the vehicle according to the rules. If you are reffering to the antique car show classifications that has always been done by the promoter
