I saw some bs commentary from a senior Ferrari official some years ago about not losing focus as a premium exotic sports car company when responding to questions on whether they will ever build an SUV. They don't want to sell out to market demands and build something against what Ferrari stands for lol!
Now fast forward to 2022 and Ferrari introducing a new "SUV" lmao. They finally realize they running out of people to buy their cars so time to build crossovers.
If the market shifts 10 years from now to electric minivans, take it from me from all now, a future university grad specialising in pr will be the one to write a new response to the media that our focus is to build a fast people hauler.
It's called money....if they did not make this decision then they would be in trouble eventually. If they interested in expanding the crossover reach, they should call another offering the Testarossa Cross.
