WTK: New Van 4x2 Manual Available & Avg Price

I am looking at new vans but from the brochures and sales-agent contacts I am not getting clear info. Do any new vans come 4x2 Manual that not the 'low' models, if so, which make/model and avg price if you know. Also, what is the difference between the low and high vans in terms of suspension? Thanks

i aware that it have a 4x2 hi model t6 ranger, not sure if its manual but yes at 4x2 high rider.
dmax makes these 4x2 high fully loaded, never saw a manual version yet.
