Anyone transfer a vehicle at Caroni recently?

How long did it take?

Can you request certified copy same time?

Heard caroni times have gone up, you can spend 2 hours there. I was in and out of pos office in 40 mins last week, pos is like a ghost town now.
As far as certified copies go, not sure is same day
