Applicants must be at least 21 years old and the holder of a Class 3 Driver’s Permit for at least one year and produce the following:

I) Evidence of age (21 years or more) eg ID Card, Passport etc

ii) Completed application form 4 (available at Transport Division offices)

iii) Certificate of Character of Police (not more than three months)

iv) Three (3) recent passport size photographs

v) Valid Driver’s Permit and driving for at least one year

vi) Completed Form 12 — “Medical Test for Driver’s Permit”, for which an applicant must produce a recent passport sized photograph prior to the application.

A total cost of $320 is payable and the process takes between four - six weeks.
