Saw this as a diy project
Didn't look too difficult..will have to run the headphone jack to rca which will plug into the amp. And you can get a power supply from the CIG lighter. That should be about it. I was considering doing this a while now. I just can't find a good location and a cheap enough tablet.

I not an electrician or audio expert. Also trying to recall it from the top of my head. I may try it.
One suggestion get the tablets with the sim so u can always have an internet connection.

You will most likely need some sort of DSP processor to go with it.
Its the only thing that held me back as I already have an 80prs.

...they recommended just installing an android deck instead of tablet
