What exactly do you want to bond? Knowing that information will help you get more relevant suggestions.

i bought a pair of EZ Lip for my car but the rubber is peeling off from the sticky tape so was looking for something to stick the EZ lip to my car. The set i bought is to use for the side panel.

Why not use AUTOMOTIVE GRADE 3M double sided tape? The key to getting good adhesion between two surfaces, other than the adhesive itself, is proper surface preparation. You should use a proper solvent to clean each surface of any existing contaminants before applying the double sided tape.
