How to desludge engine?

Just changed oil in a 2011 Corolla. Looking at the oil it was thick ,way thicker that what I am accustomed to seeing. This would be the 4th oil change the car has received since it rolled off toyota. Mileage @ 37k. I happened to cut open the oil filter, only to see the thick sludge everywhere. not the viscosity that poured out from the drain pan but thick almost as hair gel!!!!. I looked under the oil cap and im seeing a film about 1mm thick of sludge.
This has me extremely concerned since this is a relatively new car, rarely makes any distance and prior to this oil change I have been using Mobil 1 full synthetic with oem oil filters (switched to castrol edge). In my other car i can run this oil to over 7500km without any noticeable difference. So it cant be bad oil or too late oil change. A quick online search however shows that corollas are developing engine sludge rather quickly because of some faulty pcv design or whas it pvc?

Nevertheless what I need is to de-sludge that engine as soon as possible, it seems that regardless of oil type the corollas oil needs to be changed very frequently ( switching to non synthetic/synthetic blend and changing at 3k should be the best/economical)

Any specific way I can go about de-sludging? products etc?
Any help would be appreciated. This must be done asap!

Pcv valve would most likely be the positive crankcase ventilation valve.if I remember that correctly.
It a flappy valve to allow oil fumes out of the crankcase. So it gums up after a while. It just needs servicing with bars spray most times.

The sludge seems bad.
I don't know if its a good idea using of of the products that claim to do that.
It may initially cause scraping of metal parts after new oil it put back in.
Anyone else advice?

One quart off tranny oil in the engine for 15min off idle an drain it.

I am thinking that solvents are too risky to use as loose sediments can clog. Never heard of tranny oil in engine. What was suggested to me was buy a pail of oil and do.changes every. 1000km or less until.sludge is reduced but I dint see how this can help much.

the valvoline flush that cinco mentioned is not a solvent
it's a light base oil with a strong detergent package, so even if a little bit remains behind, it will not harm your new oil
The option some mechanics use is to run the valvoline sympower for a few oil changes, since it also has a high detergent package
Do a search and you'll get excellent information from sanctifier no the what to do and what not to do

I heard that talk before from a few other people and I was wondering if people really do that with transmission fluid, I wouldn't. I personally drain my oil when the engine is hot and most of the rubbish is hopefully suspended in the oil and i have never had to use those kinds of products. In for information.

Transmission oil has a high detergent content.
Brake fluid causes the seals in the tranny to swell so it holds pressure, its just a temporary/emergency fix.

Drain oil and refill with hydraulic oil. (32 body)
Let engine idle for a few mins and drain again... Repeat till oil comes out clean from drain plug.
That's what I do every 15000 km.

Hydraulic oil has similar detergents to transmission oil.... And is plenty much cheaper.

I use the grade 32. Slightly thinner. Same total oil.

Would break fluid and tranny fluids be considered the same? lol
I will do the valvoline flush weekend and let you tuners know how effective it was.
