The build is sweet,good choice or car. I love the 3S and the ST chassis.However,MG there isn't some type of loophole trust me and the fact that this particular car's plate doesn't raise an eyebrow doesn't even bother me either. But don't be putting down anyone that does by trying to show them up and impugning their credibility. There is no legal way this car has a PCK chassis that is all, so add it to the other illegal ones we know running around. One rule book for you and one for me.

There are lots of Public Transport buses issued by the previous administration, for daily use on our nation's roads... that have past the age limit for registration. Lots of these buses have been manufactured almost 20 years ago.... and the Rural Transport buses have been manufactured over 25 years ago...... all carry plates registered as HCA and above.... the same goes for alot of ambulances' used by the Health Authorities..........

whats your take on this Mr. Officer... the public is in dire need of your opinion and your concerns......

Mr Minds you're very touchy and take the offensive too easily. I thought the other thread was a one off but it seems this is the only way you know or choose to react.
Anyway I'm not going to continue this. Cpmaring what the Gov't chooses to register at their own discretion( no different from waiving MVT taxes ) is moot.

looks like two wrongs really make a right............
all kind ah jackassness taking place in license office and ppl paying money to keep it like this.......

when yuh car get hit by a PCN R33 and the insurance doh want to pay cuz they "now realise" the owner pass some money to get it registered........i guess then it may concern some people......

lets look at this logically..........for the car to be registered it would have had to been imported before the 5 year law (unless the guy was a returning resident)......which was introduced when? 2002? 2003? maybe even before.......
now the car is a PCK which means it was registered around mid 2008..........u mean to tell me this car sitting idle in Trinidad for over five years? that's hard to believe...........



if its been legally imported and registered........then there is nothing to say.......
