ok heres the deal , i getting a starlet to buy , only problem is that it not registered , is there a LEGAL procedure to go through to have it registered ??? sumbody tell me i will havta buy a crash one and take the registration from it , if i hadda do this does the crash one have to be the exact same model as the one i gettin ? cuz the one i gettin iz a diesel , believe it or not . any help or advice would be greatly appreciated .
